Steven J. Nauss

Attributing his success to mentors who have helped him grow as a leader in the financial services industry, Steven J. Nauss has excelled as the vice project of project execution and management at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 2022. In this role, he utilizes his accrued experience in finances, team building, management, securities regulation, and customer service to help others. Additionally, through a program he created in 2020 called the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association Financial Advisory Program, he guides soon-to-be college graduates on their professional journeys toward becoming associates. His previous positions include human resources program manager at Early Careers, lead consultant, financial consultant, and client service supervisor at Epic Health Services, Inc.

Equipped with a Bachelor of Science in History from the University of North Texas, Mr. Nauss is also certified by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and proudly acquired his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. In the early stages of his career, he made a name for himself by being recognized as a Top Financial Adviser by the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association. He maintains a membership with Alpha Tau Omega and enjoys spending time with his fiancé, Shelby, and his dogs, doing carpentry, and woodworking.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Nauss strives to continue working in human resources and advance toward a leadership role, in which he takes on more responsibilities.
